This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") was developed by Maryna Yuryivna, a natural person-entrepreneur, acting on the basis of the Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Natural Persons-Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations dated January 15, 2014, No. 2 224 000 000 091460, (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and/or the "Administration") in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including, but not limited to, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of June 1, 2010, for its use in the course of carrying out business activities and establishes the procedure for receiving, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, ensuring protection and disclosure of personal data (hereinafter - "Data") of Users of the website https://www.fashion-academy.space (hereinafter - "Site").

 

Data processing means any actions with Data, including, but not limited to: access, provision, distribution, collection, systematization, storage, accumulation, recording, transmission, blocking, deletion, clarification, updating and/or modification, depersonalization and other ways of using Data by the Company.

In any case, the Administration processes payment and financial information in accordance with current legislation, rules and security standards;

  • information that Users provide to the Company when concluding contracts for the provision of services by accepting a public offer posted on the Site and/or concluding contracts for the provision of additional services on the Site.

 

3. Purposes of collection, use and processing of Personal Data

 

The Company uses and processes Data for the following purposes:

  • administration of the Site, provision of its updates and technical support of the Services;

  • creation of a User account, its registration and identification;

  • make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your personal data by any owner and administrator of personal data, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable; to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person ;

  • know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data.

 

6.2. The user is obliged, in particular, but not limited to:

  • not to take actions aimed at misleading other Users;

  • not to provide your personal data for use by third parties;

  • not to collect, systematize, store, process or distribute personal information of other Users;

  • not attempt to gain access to personal data of other Users in any way, including, but not limited to, by deception, breach of trust, collection of authentication and identification data.

 

If the User registers on the Company's Website, application software interfaces and applications on behalf of and in the interests of third parties, then by giving this consent, the User confirms that he has sufficient authority to perform such actions, including giving consent to processing on their behalf of Personal Data under the conditions set out above, as their representative.

 

7. Term of storage of Personal Data

 

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period. The period of storage of personal data is not limited. Personal Data of Users are processed for a period no longer than is necessary in accordance with their legal purpose and purposes defined by this Policy.

 

The information posted on the web resources of the Administration is protected by the current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates intellectual property rights. Duplication, translation, recording in the archive, copying to other electronic media of the posted information is prohibited.

 

8. Changes in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

 

Changes and additions may be made to this Policy from time to time and without prior notice to the Users, including when the requirements of the legislation change. If the Company changes the way it processes Users' Personal Data, it will update this Policy. The Administration also reserves the right to make changes to the Company's approaches to Data processing and to this Policy at any time.

 

In the event that any provisions of this Policy, clauses or their parts, are recognized as contradicting the current legislation of Ukraine, or as invalid, this does not affect other provisions of this Policy, they remain fully valid and continue to operate in full extent and become valid, and any other invalid provision or provision that cannot be fulfilled, without further actions of the Parties, is considered changed, corrected to the extent that it is necessary to ensure its validity and the possibility of implementation.

 

Terminology used in this Policy has the same meaning as in the Public Contract (offer) for the provision of information and consulting services, unless otherwise specified.

9. User consent
